  • No AI

Every chart, score and insight is plain arithmetic over your own entries, worked out on the phone. Nothing you log is sent to a model, and there is none built in.

  • No telemetry

No analytics, no crash reports, no ads and no account. There is no FlosForge server for the app to report to, and no internet permission to reach one with.

  • Your data stays on the phone

Kept in the app’s private storage and left out of cloud backups. It leaves the phone only as a file you choose to export.

Instant one-tap hydration logging

Three cups you size yourself, a custom amount when you need one, and an undo on every add. The ring fills toward your goal and says how much is left; the week shows as seven small rings underneath.

  • Cups from 10 to 2,000 ml; defaults of 150, 250 and 500
  • Tap any entry to change the amount or delete it
  • A streak badge while your run lasts
  • Haptic feedback, and a small celebration at the goal

Interactive home-screen widget

The widget shows today’s ring and your three cups, and a tap logs the drink without opening the app. Stretch it wider and it adds how much is left and when you last drank.

  • Resizable, following the app’s theme and accent
  • Updates the moment you log, in the app or on the widget
  • A daily reminder only if you are behind, with an Add button on it
  • The reminder clears itself once the goal is reached

Calendar history and hydration trends

Every day of the month is its own ring. Tap one to see its log, fill in a day you forgot, or correct one. Statistics over 7, 30 or 90 days show your average, hit rate, streaks, weekday pattern and when in the day you drink.

  • Goal changes apply from today onward, so past days keep the goal they had
  • Split by morning, afternoon, evening and night, on your own hours
  • Daily bars stacked by time of day, against a goal line
  • Twenty languages, chosen per app

Optional Health Connect integration

Off by default. Turn it on and the app keeps its drinks in step with Health Connect, and can show water logged by other apps in your totals — marked with where they came from, and read-only.

  • Two-way sync of the last thirty days while the app is open
  • Import from other apps as its own switch
  • Turn import off and the imported entries go with it
  • Everything else stays in the app’s private storage

Questions about FlosForge Water

Can I log water without opening the app?

Yes. The home-screen widget shows your progress and three cup buttons; one tap logs a drink.

Optionally, through Health Connect. Turn it on and your drinks are kept in step with Health Connect, and water logged by other apps can be counted in your totals, marked read-only with where it came from.

Will it remind me to drink?

If you want it to. One daily reminder at the time you choose, sent only if you are behind on your goal, with a button to log a cup straight from it.

Which units does it use?

Millilitres and litres. Cup sizes and your daily goal are set in millilitres.

Do I need an account?

No account, no ads and no internet permission. Everything you log stays on your phone.

Which phones does it run on?

Android 8.0 and later, in English and 19 other languages.
