  • No AI

Every chart, score and insight is plain arithmetic over your own entries, worked out on the phone. Nothing you log is sent to a model, and there is none built in.

  • No telemetry

No analytics, no crash reports, no ads and no account. There is no FlosForge server for the app to report to, and no internet permission to reach one with.

  • Your data stays on the phone

Kept in the app’s private storage and left out of cloud backups. It leaves the phone only as a file you choose to export.

Flexible schedules for any prescription protocol

Several times a day, chosen weekdays, every so many hours, cycles of days on and days off, or only as needed. Give each medication its dose, form and instructions, a start and end date, and a colour and icon so the list reads at a glance.

  • Tablets, capsules, liquids, drops, injections, inhalers, creams, patches and supplements
  • Instructions such as with food, on an empty stomach or before bed
  • As-needed doses logged whenever you take one, with a count for the day
  • Pause a medication without losing its history

Reliable exact-time alarms that bypass Doze

Each dose is an exact alarm that fires through Doze, and alarms are re-armed after a restart, an update, a time-zone change or a force-stop. Mark a medication critical and its reminder becomes an insistent alarm that shows over the lock screen until you act.

  • Take, Snooze and Skip straight from the notification
  • Critical alarms can sound through Do Not Disturb
  • A warning on the Today screen if notifications or exact alarms are switched off
  • Refill alerts before your stock runs out

Clear adherence tracking and calendar insights

The Today ring fills dose by dose. A calendar colours each day as all taken, partial or late, or missed, and the Progress tab shows adherence over 7, 30 and 90 days, your streak, and a breakdown for every medication.

  • Taken, taken late, skipped and missed kept apart — late is a threshold you set
  • A note for any day, such as “felt nauseous, took with breakfast”
  • Home-screen widget with today’s progress and a Take button for the next dose
  • Seventeen languages besides English

Doctor-ready adherence reports and logs

Choose a period and the app produces an A4 PDF on the phone: overall adherence, streaks, a per-medication breakdown and the dose log. Share it directly, or save it or a CSV where you choose. Nothing is uploaded.

  • Patient name on the report only if you add one
  • App lock with PIN and fingerprint, and names hidden from the widget while locked
  • Lock-screen notifications that say only that a dose is due
  • Encrypted storage, left out of cloud backups

What FlosForge Meds is not

A reminder you rely on should say plainly where it stops:

  • Not a medical device, and not medical advice. It reminds you of the schedule you enter; it does not check doses, interactions or whether a schedule is right.
  • It depends on the phone. With notifications or exact alarms turned off, or battery settings that stop the app, reminders can be late — the Today screen warns you when that is the case.
  • There is no cloud copy. Uninstalling the app, or resetting a forgotten PIN, deletes your medications and history for good.
  • Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions over anything the app shows.

Questions about FlosForge Meds

Will reminders go off when my phone is asleep?

Yes. Each dose is an exact alarm that fires through Android’s battery-saving Doze mode, and alarms are set again after a restart, an update or a time-zone change. The app warns you on its Today screen if notifications or exact alarms have been switched off.

Can it handle complicated schedules?

Several times a day, chosen weekdays, every so many hours, cycles of days on and days off, and as-needed medication, each with its own start and end date.

Does it warn me before I run out?

Yes. Turn on stock tracking for a medication and the app counts down with every dose and warns you at the level you choose.

Can I show my doctor what I have taken?

Yes. The app produces a PDF report of your adherence and dose log for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, which you can share directly or save, along with a CSV.

Do I need an account, and is my data uploaded?

No account, and nothing is uploaded. The app has no internet permission; your medications and history are kept in an encrypted database on the phone.

Which phones does it run on?

Android 10 and later, in English and 17 other languages.
